Learneo, Inc. has signed and finalized a definitive agreement to acquire the Digital Student Solutions (DSS) segment of Barnes & Noble Education, Inc., according to a press release. The transaction includes bartleby® and Student Brands.

"Learneo is shaping a world where everyone has the resources to learn and achieve their fullest potential," Andrew Grauer, CEO of Learneo, said. The platform specializes in productivity and learning businesses and technologies, offering various subscription-based solutions, educational resources and study/writing support in multiple languages.

The addition forms part of Learno's goal to develop and acquire productivity and learning technologies. The strategy was announced in December 2022.
