The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to provide restroom renovation services. The estimated cost for this project ranges from $100,000 to $250,000. AIT will award the contract as a firm-fixed-price agreement to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
Firms interested in submitting proposals must meet several requirements. They should be able to read and understand English and provide evidence of being certified vendors with qualified technicians. Additionally, they need an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing.
Experience is crucial; firms must demonstrate prior experience with suitable references and have at least three years of good performance records in related fields.
