The World Trade Organization (WTO) has opened online registration for its 2024 Public Forum, which will focus on the theme of re-globalization and its potential to make trade more inclusive. The event will also delve into the roles of digitalization, services, and sustainability in achieving this inclusivity.

Participants who wish to organize working sessions at the forum can find application details in an information note provided by the WTO. The online application form must be submitted by June 14, 2024, at 23:59 CET. All sessions are organized by participants themselves.

For those interested in attending the forum, online registration is required by August 23, 2024, at 23:59 CET.

The Public Forum serves as the WTO's largest outreach event. It offers a platform for stakeholders worldwide to discuss current global trade developments and propose improvements to the multilateral trading system. Each year, it attracts over 2,000 representatives from civil society, academia, business sectors, government bodies, international organizations, and media outlets.

Inquiries about the forum can be directed to the Public Forum Team via email at pf24@wto.org.
