Michigan-based data-focused contract research organization MMS Holdings was deemed a great place to work by the Great Place to Work Institute of India, according to a press release.
“We are honored to be named a Great Place to Work in India, especially because our colleagues deterined the result,” said Uma Sharma, Ph.D., CEO at MMS. “Our colleagues in India play a key role in our global #OneMMS strength, and it is through their embodiment of our core values and mission that we achieve success.”
The recognition was deemed by a survey completed by 87% of MMS employees, who expressed their positive feedback, “demonstrating the excellent workplace culture needed for success.”
“MMS continues to strive to provide the best work culture to our colleagues,” said Nandini Vijaisimha, director of human resources at MMS. “We believe in nurturing a creative environment and helping our colleagues by establishing a culture where people can be innovative.”
The survey is intended to measure the company’s leading and practical abilities.
“We wouldn’t have achieved this recognition without our dedicated leaders at all levels,” said Uma Nathan, executive head of India Operations at MMS. “The strength of our #OneMMS team is the help we extend to our colleagues across the globe, so we can focus on solutions and making a difference in the lives of patients.”
