HKW recently expanded its catalog by recapitalizing Canada-based cloud-based authoring solutions company, dominKnow, a press release reported. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Large enterprises have e-learning content management needs that vastly exceed the capabilities of general off-the-shelf solutions," said Daniel Kim, partner at HKW. "dominKnow provides a centralized solution to meet these challenges. We are excited about partnering with Luke Hickey and his team to support the company's continued growth."

Based in Ottawa, Ontario, the 25-year-old platform helps facilitate e-learning content and training course delivery to internal and external workforces, partners, suppliers and clients.

The program offers features to create responsive content, as well as collaborate, share, reuse and publish content.
