HKW recently expanded its catalog by recapitalizing Canada-based cloud-based authoring solutions company, dominKnow, a press release reported. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"dominKnow provides a centralized solution to meet these challenges. We are excited about partnering with Luke Hickey and his team to support the company's continued growth."
Based in Ottawa, Ontario, the 25-year-old platform helps facilitate e-learning content and training course delivery to internal and external workforces, partners, suppliers and clients.
