Kinettix VP on Cebu facility: 'This facility is a commitment to the community and to the long-term success of our employees'

Kinettix recently opened its new offices in Cebu, Philippines in an effort to scale its global workforce, according to a press release.

"Our Cebu facility has been critical in providing true 24x7 capabilities, helping us scale operations for more clients," said Bob Supinger, vice president of operations for Kinettix. "This year, we made substantial infrastructure investments in our centers in the Philippines, making us an ideal organization to work with. This facility is a commitment to the community and to the long-term success of our employees."

Forming part of Kinettix's Global Remote Services, the Cebu office will prioritize the management of field technicians, monitoring tickets, auditing deliverables and reviewing installations.

The addition is intended to facilitate job seekers’ search by offering regular job postings and access to a recruiting team.

“Employees have the advantage of world class facilities and resources nearby. The area is a preferred living destination for young professionals and families due to its easy access to schools, churches and health care amenities,” a recent press release states. “It also boasts numerous top-rated restaurants and a large mall.”

The expansion follows Kinettix’s ability to rank among the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies, celebrating an annual growth rate of more than 55%.

Kinettix serves businesses across various industries and of various sizes. Its services include on-site IT field technicians and break/fix dispatches, as well as on-demand project coordination.
