Andersen CEO: 'Indonesia is an extremely important and viable market'

Andersen Global recently secured a collaboration agreement with full-service law firm Armila & Rako, based in Indonesia, according to a press release.

“Indonesia is an extremely important and viable market, representing an area of enormous potential,” Andersen Global Chairman and Andersen CEO Mark Vorsatz said. “The addition of Armila & Rako’s regional presence and expertise is key to our expansion efforts and further positions us to extend our reach in the Asian market.”

The addition will leverage the global organization’s abilities to improve national legal capabilities.

Armila & Rako was founded in 2018 by Co-Managing Partners Eva Armila Djauhari and Michel A. Rako. The two experts offer multiple legal service types to both domestic and global clients across the corporate and commercial law, restructuring, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, mining and energy and foreign investment industries.

Established in 2013 by U.S. member firm Andersen Tax LLC, Andersen Global is made up of representatives from tax and legal firms across the globe. The firm now counts with the support of more than 12,000 professionals across 380 locations worldwide.
