WHP Global has established a partnership with Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A., according to a press release.

"Lotto already has a strong business in Malaysia through a long-term license with Prestige Sports and we are thrilled to bring a regional omnichannel retail partner like MAA into the fold. Working together with our anchor partner, Lotto Sport Italia, MAA will focus on growing our iconic brand in their home market of Indonesia, as well as important markets in Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore," CCO of owner of the Lotto brand, WHP Global, Stanley Silverstein, said in the release.

Under the terms of the agreement, MAA will serve as Lotto's regional partner to promote Lotto’s retail presence across Southeast Asia using an omnichannel approach consisting of standalone stores, wholesale and e-commerce distribution strategies.

Established in 1973, Lotto has garnered a significant reputation as a soccer performance-friendly footwear, apparel and accessories provider. All of its products feature the signature double diamond logo.

The Italy-based brand has been worn by popular teams, such as A.C. Milan and Juventus F.C., and players, Dino Zoff, Ruud Gullit and Andriy Shevchenko, as well as tennis Grand Slam champions John Newcombe, Martina Navratilova, Francesca Schiavone and Marion Bartoli.

Lotto has now expanded in over 100 countries and has established a major presence in both soccer and tennis leagues. The brand is currently worn by over 40 soccer teams, 300 professional soccer players and more than 200 professional tennis players around the world.

"MAP Active is delighted to be partnering with WHP and growing the global iconic Lotto brand throughout Southeast Asia. Enthusiasts will have a better access to Lotto exclusive products such as footwear, bags, balls and accessories in both brick-and-mortar and online stores across the country as well as throughout the region," said Nicholas Jones, vice president director of MAA.
