Azul has recently unveiled its global channel partner program, created to offer comprehensive resources to help enable channel organizations to solve cloud cost optimization-related issues. The program is now accepting new partners, a press release reported.
“We continue seeing explosive growth in demand for the Azul Platform,” Azul’s vice president of channel sales, Chris Clabaugh, said. “Companies are grappling with out-of-control Java support and cloud costs that eat into margins and restrict the ability to modernize applications and infrastructure in a dynamic and competitive world. Azul and our partners work closely together to power hyperscale, performance-driven cloud applications and cost-efficient Java environments.”
Considered the only platform centered solely on Java, Azul offers various Oracle Java licensing alternatives intended to improve performances related to financial services, e-commerce and software technology, among other aspects. The expansive initiative is developed as the company attempts to identify and support staff on a global scale.
With more than two decades of contributions to the Java market, the company has garnered “the world’s largest independent Java engineering team and supporting more versions of Java than any other vendor, including Oracle,” a press release states.
The Oracle Java licensing cost-efficient price helps businesses attain Azul’s “flagship, high-performance Java runtime, Azul Platform Prime, to reduce their cloud costs by up to 50%,” the press release explains.
