UiPath SVP on partnership with NCS: 'NCS is a proven leader in digital services'

UiPath confirmed the start of a strategic partnership with NCS, based in Singapore, to accelerate the development of automated delivery services across the Asian pacific.

“The convergence of 5G, IoT and artificial intelligence (AI) has created new business opportunities for enterprises and consumers,” Howie Lau, managing Partner of Corporate Development and Partnerships, NCS, said in a press release. “To fully capitalize on this, enterprises need to improve the performance, flexibility and reliability of their technology. NCS is investing in developing intelligent and automated operating models to deliver rich customer experiences and drive high-impact employee engagement. Through our partnership with UiPath, we are reimagining and simplifying internal processes by integrating automation into our business units and products to offer our clients more intelligent and elevated services for the digital age.”

The new Automation Practice will feature both public and private enterprises from various industries, such as telecommunications, government and financial services from profitable markets like Singapore, Australia and Asia Pacific.

According to a recent press release, it will be operated by 250 employees, who will focus on automation-related studies and delivery. They will join a team of 10,000 professionals aiding the transition to a fully automated enterprise in the region.

Both parties hope to strengthen the system, which allows "organizations to harness automation to transform digitally, improve operational efficiencies and optimize for emerging technologies." The technology will also improve the speed and accuracy of automation for consumers, the press release stated.

Based in New York, the enterprise automation software company’s offers automated solutions across 61 specializations.
