The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to provide Soffit Metal Panel Un/Reinstallation Service. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Firms must be technically qualified and financially responsible.

Requirements for submission include proficiency in English, an established business presence, prior performance references, and at least five years of experience in a related field. Additionally, firms must have the necessary personnel and equipment, meet local insurance requirements, possess all required licenses and permits, have no adverse criminal record or conflicting political affiliations with AIT interests, and comply with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
