U.S. mission in Kampala seeks bids for Caterpillar lift truck

The U.S. mission in Kampala has extended an invitation to vendors for quotations on a Lift truck, specifically a Caterpillar Lift Truck 2.0t High Mast NRM20N2 or its equivalent. The specifications include a Triplex Mast with Fl 8000 Mm, Pair Of Forks 1150 Mm, Vulkollan Drive Wheels, and additional features such as a Classic Battery 620 Ah and Exide Charger 48v 80a.

The delivery can be made to either Suvi Global Services in North Brunswick, NJ or the GSO Warehouse at the American Embassy in Kampala. Vendors must provide detailed specifications and pictorial samples of the lift truck along with their quotes.

All deliveries should occur within thirty days after receiving the purchase order, and prices must include shipping Delivery Duty Paid– DDP destination. Partial shipments are not allowed unless specified by the Contracting Officer at the time of award.

Bids must remain valid for ninety days from the closing date of July 22, 2025. Vendors must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) if orders equal or exceed $30,000 prior to award.
