The U.S. Embassy in Manila has announced a change in its communication process for American Citizens Services (ACS) effective July 15, 2025. The embassy will consolidate all ACS email correspondence under one address: ACSInfoManila@state.gov. Consequently, the email previously dedicated to the U.S. Consular Agency in Cebu, ACSInfoCebu@state.gov, will be deactivated.
From now on, inquiries related to U.S. citizen services in both Manila and Cebu should be directed to the new consolidated email address. The embassy assures that their team will continue to respond promptly and provide necessary support to U.S. citizens.
For further assistance, individuals are encouraged to visit the State Department’s travel website for information such as Worldwide Caution, Travel Advisories, Alerts, and Philippines Country Specific Information. Enrollment in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is also recommended for receiving alerts and facilitating location tracking during emergencies.
