The U.S. Embassy in Nassau has announced a commercial opportunity for janitorial services. Proposals are being sought from qualified suppliers to provide these services, with interested parties encouraged to request solicitation documents or additional information via email at johnpalaciousck@state.gov.

The embassy emphasizes that all responsible sources may submit an offer, provided they meet specific criteria. Companies must be technically qualified and financially responsible, have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, possess all necessary licenses and permits required by law, and register on the System for Award Management (SAM). Additionally, companies must provide NDAA Certification and have no political or business affiliations contrary to U.S. interests.

Suppliers must also be willing to accept a U.S. Embassy Purchase Order without mobilization or stage payments and agree to full payment within 30 days after completion and inspection through electronic funds transfer.

U.S. companies interested in operating in The Bahamas are advised to visit www.bahamas.gov.bs for further requirements.
