The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to provide preventive maintenance services for the Fuel Management System at AIT Taipei, Taiwan. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Interested firms must be technically qualified and financially responsible.
Proposals must meet several requirements, including proficiency in English, an established business presence with a permanent address and phone number, and demonstrable prior construction experience with references. Firms should have at least five years of experience in a related field, necessary personnel and resources, all required licenses and permits by local law, compliance with local insurance requirements, no adverse criminal record, and no conflicting political or business affiliations with AIT's interests.

Price proposals excluding VAT along with technical proposals and NDAA Certification must be submitted by noon on July 22nd, 2025 (Taipei Time).
