The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) has announced a request for quotations (RFQ No. TPE200-25-Q-0020) for new RCI Portable Fuel Recirculating Units and related supplies. Interested parties must submit their quotations, excluding VAT, by 12:00 noon Taipei time on June 27, 2025. Submissions should be sent electronically to Taipei_Procurement@state.gov. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced offer that meets technical requirements.

For any questions about the RFQ, inquiries should be directed to the same email address by 12:00 noon on June 17, 2025. AIT will respond to all queries via email by 5:00 p.m. on June 23, 2025.

Bidders are required to include a signed NDAA certification with their proposals and must show relevant experience through at least two examples of work involving the installation, commissioning, or maintenance of Fuel Recirculating Units at U.S. Embassy properties.

Payment for services or supplies will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer within 30 days following receipt of an appropriate invoice and acceptance of services or goods.
