The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to provide restroom renovation services, with an estimated project cost ranging from $100,000 to $250,000. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
Interested firms must meet specific criteria to qualify for consideration. These include the ability to read and understand English, proof of certification as a vendor with qualified technicians, and an established business presence with a permanent address and telephone listing. Additionally, companies must demonstrate prior experience with references, have at least three years of experience and past performance records in a related field, possess necessary personnel and equipment resources, hold required licenses and permits by local law, comply with insurance requirements, have no adverse criminal record or political affiliations contrary to AIT's interests.

They must submit the completed NDAA Certification Form and sign up for the pre-proposal conference.
