The delegation includes Representatives Sarah Elfreth, Harriet Hageman, Celeste Maloy, and Nick Begich. They will meet with senior leaders in Taiwan to discuss U.S.-Taiwan relations, regional security, trade and investment, among other topics.

Sarah Elfreth, representing Maryland's Anne Arundel, Howard, and Carroll Counties, was the youngest woman elected to the Maryland State Senate in 2018. Her legislative focus has been on environmental protection and veteran support.

Harriet Hageman represents Wyoming and is known for her legal challenges against federal overreach. She chairs subcommittees related to water resources and serves on several others within the House Natural Resources Committee.

Celeste Maloy from Utah’s Second Congressional District emphasizes cutting red tape and restoring government accountability. Her background includes public service roles focused on land management and conservation.

Nick Begich represents Alaska at large and brings a business-oriented approach to his role in Congress. He aims to address Alaskan challenges through responsible business growth.
