A consular officer from the U.S. Embassy will be in Saint Lucia on May 14 and 15, 2025, to process applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. These services are available by appointment only and do not include visa-related matters.
All applications must be prepaid online, as the consular office will not accept bank drafts or other forms of payment. Appointments will be held at the Lantana Conference Room in Bay Gardens Hotel, located on the Rodney Bay Highway.
Appointments can be scheduled using the link provided on the U.S. Embassy's website. Walk-ins will not be accommodated, and applicants must attend their appointments alone.
Applicants need to bring a completed passport application form, two passport-sized photos, original proof of U.S. citizenship, a social security card, and a prepaid mailing label. Online payment confirmation must also be presented. Both original and photocopied documents, including a copy of the passport being renewed, are required. It's important to note that eyeglasses are not allowed in passport photos.
For children under 16, additional documents are necessary, including the child's birth certificate, both parents' identification documents, and photos showing the child's development. Both parents must appear with the child or provide a notarized Form DS-3053 if one parent cannot attend.
Service fees must be paid online prior to the appointment, and payment options include the links provided for forms DS-11 and DS-82. Fees for services range from US$50 for notarial signatures to US$165 for adult passports.
Applicants renewing a 10-year passport issued less than 15 years ago may apply by mail directly to the Embassy. In such cases, the service fee is US$130. If unavailable, an in-person interview is required, costing US$165.
