The preferred location for this event is within Taipei City, specifically in the Daan, Dazhi, Songshan, or Xinyi districts. The venue should be capable of accommodating a standing buffet reception for approximately 550 guests, with a maximum capacity of up to 600 guests.
Interested offerors must meet several requirements to qualify for this Request for Quotation (RFQ). These include having staff proficient in English and maintaining an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing. Offerors must also demonstrate prior experience with suitable references and have a proven record of good performance over at least five years in a related field.
Additionally, offerors need to possess the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to execute the work. Compliance with local laws is mandatory; thus, they must hold all required licenses and permits, including five-star hotel certification from the Taiwan Tourism Bureau and Company Registration certificates. They should also fulfill all local insurance requirements and have no adverse criminal records or political or business affiliations that might conflict with AIT's interests.
