The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to provide part-time gardening services for its Taipei compound. The requirement includes maintaining the landscape elements such as grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and paths.
Firms interested in this opportunity must be technically qualified and financially responsible. The minimum requirements include having an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, prior experience with suitable references, and at least ten years of experience in the related field. Additionally, firms must have necessary personnel, equipment, financial resources available to perform the work, and meet all local licenses and permits requirements.
Other criteria include meeting local insurance requirements, having no adverse criminal record or political/business affiliations contrary to AIT's interests. Payment terms are NET 30 days via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and firms must provide commercial invoices exclusive of 5% tax.
