The United States Government is inviting students interested in undergraduate and graduate programs to the EducationUSA Fair. This event marks the first in-person fair since the onset of the pandemic. It will take place in Quito on Saturday, September 16, at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) from 10:00 to 13:00, and in Guayaquil on Monday, September 18, at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil from 17:00 to 20:00.
Admission to the fair is free. Attendees can expect a smooth and personalized experience as they explore educational opportunities available in the United States. The event will feature representatives from over 24 U.S. institutions of higher education.
The fair's objective is to provide valuable information about various educational programs, funding options, and cultural experiences offered in the United States. Participants will have access to EducationUSA advisors and presentations covering topics such as U.S. admissions processes, standardized testing, student visa applications, among others.
EducationUSA operates more than 430 counseling centers globally with five locations in Ecuador—Quito, Ambato, Cuenca, and Guayaquil. These centers aim to promote U.S. higher education by providing accurate and comprehensive information about studying at accredited institutions across the country.
