Tech entrepreneur Ryan Westwood has taken the helm at Fullcast as CEO this year, with a vision to transform the company into the first integrated revenue operations platform for a customer’s entire journey.
The company's seed funding round, led by Epic Ventures, raised $34 million, inclusive of $4 million debt from Silicon Valley Bank. Other investors participating in the round were Comanyon Ventures in Boston, True Blue Partners, and Sepio Capital in the Bay Area.
Westwood outlined his ambitious plans for Fullcast in a Jan. 12 news release. "We will become the first integrated RevOps platform for the entire Customer 360 journey. As an industry, RevOps is expecting a decade of rapid growth. We feel now is the perfect time to become fully invested in pushing the industry forward and tapping into that tremendous growth potential. We’ve been fortunate enough to build a few successful businesses, and we’re looking forward to doing it again in the revenue operations space. Our investors share our optimism to make that happen," he said.
Joining Westwood in Fullcast's executive suite are Chief Operating Officer Isaac Westwood, Chief Marketing Officer Amy Cook, and Chief Commercial Officer Lance Evanson. According to the same Jan. 12 news release, Chief Customer Officer Dharmesh Sing and Bala Balabaskaran, Chief Technology Officer, will continue their roles at Fullcast as part of the leadership team.
In reference to his new team members, Westwood added: "Lance, Isaac and Amy were intrinsic to the success of Simplus, which we grew to serve four continents organically and through seven acquisitions in a three-year period before finally being acquired by Infosys. I couldn’t imagine embarking on this Fullcast journey without this team’s expertise and enthusiasm, as well as the support of our lead investor, Kent Madsen. Nobody believes in entrepreneurs more than Kent does, and it shows in Kent and Nick Efstratis’s track record as VCs at Epic. I’m also looking forward to partnering with original Fullcast co-founders Dharmesh and Bala, who bring technical prowess and an obsession for the customer."
Fullcast offers a wide range of solutions catering to various team members, from leadership to sales strategists and customer success. According to the company's website, these solutions allow users to track sales performance, perform forecasting, and make plans based on insights derived from data analysis. The platform also assists with quota management and lead routing.
