Virtual reality/augmented reality (VR/AR) company Tests Assured of San Jose, CA, has launched a new office in Kochi, India, the company said in a press release on Business Wire.

"Our new presence in Kochi underscores our belief in the region's potential and our commitment to our clients,” Imad Abdelgawad, CEO and Founder of Tests Assured, said. “With the burgeoning VR/AR industry and the ever-evolving software landscape, our new office is strategically positioned to offer unparalleled testing solutions.”

The expansion will allow the premier VR/AR and spatial computing testing service provider to expand its reach and offer its unparalleled quality assurance (QA) solutions to more global customers, the release said.

The new office in Kochi will leverage the company’s global presence, its operational bandwidth and its VR/AR testing. It will focus on the involvement of VR/AR Testing and local talent, and clients can “expect the same unwavering standard of service that Tests Assured is renowned for, coupled with the unique insights and expertise that the Kochi team will bring to the table,” the release said.

The idea for the expansion derived from the city’s booming IT landscape, advanced infrastructure, and the influx of its tech-trained professionals, the release said.

“Tests Assured offers comprehensive AR and VR testing solutions for companies looking to improve their AR and VR product development and testing processes,” the release said. “We provide end-to-end testing services, including functional, performance, usability, compatibility, and security testing. Our team of experts can test your AR and VR products on various devices and platforms, ensuring their compatibility and performance on different hardware and software configurations.”

The company’s security testing services help identify security threats and protect user data surrounding AR and VR products. “We can work with you to create a customized testing plan that fits your specific needs and requirements,” the press release said.
