Paycom Software, Inc. has confirmed plans to expand its payroll solution into Canada. Paycom Software specializes in global comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management softwares designed to help businesses of all sizes in the U.S. and internationally, according to an August 1 release.
“With our recent launch into Canada, we have opened a large, cross-border opportunity,” Chad Richison, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Paycom said. “As we continue to expand our geographic reach and provide more businesses with the power of Beti, I expect our move upmarket to continue to accelerate.”
Through this launch, both parties hope to provide North American businesses access to Paycom’s single-database HR and payroll solution, Beti.

News of the launch comes four months after the launch of Global HCM, Paycom’s human capital management software designed for users across the globe. The software is currently available in 15 various languages and dialects.

A recent commissioned Total Economic Impact study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Paycom shows that a composite organization representative of interviewed clients implementing Beti reduced time spent processing payroll by 90%.
The expansion was made to provide enhanced choices for companies with Canadian operations as HR executives continue to prioritize technology investments.
