Praecipio, based in Austin, Texas, confirmed plans to acquire Canadian-based Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, Avant Systems Group, according to a press release. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“We are excited to join Praecipio,” Avant President and CEO Ryan Hannah said. “By tapping into Praecipio’s breadth and depth of expertise, we can deliver unrivaled value for our clients. And because of our shared commitment to a customer-first culture, clients can depend on responsive and adaptive support.”

Avant’s coaching, IT integration, and work management solutions are expected to leverage Praecipio’s marketing capabilities for Atlassian products and as it expands into Canada. The terms of the acquisition are subject to customary closing conditions.

The addition forms part of Praecipio’s long-term expansion strategy as the company aims to meet the demand of the global enterprise transformation market, which is projected to reach $63.8 billion by 2026, with an annual CAGR of 19.50% from 2019 to 2026, a recent Allied Market Research report states.

Avant is one of various acquisitions recently made by Praecipio, including Coyote Creek and 6kites.

“Avant is well known in Canada for its concierge-level service and solutions,” Praecipio CEO Michael Rapp said. “We want to amplify what they do so well and expand on it. By combining our best-in-class services, support and capabilities, we are able to offer existing and future Canada-based clients something new and unique: Local talent with extensive experience to deliver a full spectrum of enterprise transformation solutions.”

Praecipio "optimizes businesses and empowers teams by combining the dynamic Atlassian platform and category-leading technologies with purpose-driven process methodologies," the press release stated. "Specializing in strategic Cloud transformations, Agile at Scale, DevOps, IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM), the firm serves as an enterprise-level strategic advisor helping organizations around the world execute innovative solutions, drive exceptional customer experiences, and achieve successful business transformations.”
