Occams Advisory, a global provider of professional and business services headquartered in Maryland, has acquired MineCodes, a Canadian company specializing in technology-based knowledge and quality services, according to a news release.
Terms of the deal are being kept private.
"Occams and MineCodes have always been philosophically aligned in our approach to client-centric service delivery," Vardhman Shah, co-founder of MineCodes, said in a statement. “Consolidation and globalization are key to our vision."
Occams, founded in 2012, maintains offices worldwide. MineCodes provides translation services in more than 100 languages.
"Occams is the only company we could see as a responsible long-term partner of MineCodes, and I am very happy that we have reached an agreement," said Mukarram Dhorajiwala, a co-founder of MineCodes. "Now, as a part of a global leader in advisory services, we will continue to seek growth."
MineCodes is a Canadian company specializing in technology-based knowledge and quality services.
Occams provides business services and growth incubation, capital markets and investment banking, financial technology and payment solutions, personal finance, insurance and taxation assistance to a diversified middle-market client base, maintaining offices worldwide, the news release said.
