Ramboll, based in Maryland, has selected 3CLogic to improve IT services for its operations based across the Nordics, UK, North America, Continental Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, according to a press release.

“Ramboll is focused on delivering the optimal IT service experience to employees so they can provide great experiences creating sustainable solutions to our clients worldwide,” Mukesh Garg, director of IT Support Services, said in the release. “Our selection of 3CLogic is in keeping with our commitment to provide a reliable and seamless inbound call experience for our colleagues across Ramboll. Their [3CLogic] ability to integrate deeply with ServiceNow helps to extend our existing investment in the platform while improving the overall user experience, effectiveness of our IT service delivery and overall productivity as an organization.”

Specializing in architecture and consultancy operations across 35 countries, Ramboll will now adopt Leveraging ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) as its primary system of record. 

“The organization needed a more reliable and ServiceNow-centric cloud call center offering to deliver an efficient, cost-effective and personalized experience to its entire employee base,” a recent press release states.

The platform will allow the organization to oversee and resolve daily IT requests. It will also fulfill its GDPR-compliant solution obligation to collect data reporting and analytics.

The partnership is confirmed amid an increase of organizations seeking solutions to facilitate manual processes and reduce costs. The partnership is projected to help 16,500 employees.

Some of the improvements the platform will offer includes Configurable Call Routing and Personalization Integrated with ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow Integrated Voice Self-Service and Automation, ServiceNow Embedded Call Reporting and Insights, GDPR Compliance and globally accessible voice solutions.
