Nojima Corporation has initiated a collaboration with GlobalLogic Inc.’s Japanese subsidiary, a Hitachy company, to accelerate the development and enhance the scale of Nojima’s Digital Transformation system, according to a press release.
“Nojima holds a corporate-level goal to better contribute to Japan’s domestic industry through the roll out of its digital GS4 strategy (Good, Soft, Support, Service, Setting),” a press release stated. “To that end, Nojima aims to migrate to a total solution company, leveraging DX to provide new value to customers’ lives in terms of diversity and convenience.”
The program’s main focus will be the deployment of new locations to receive incoming clients, including brick-and-mortar stores and individual “consulting-based sales” meetings. The company also hopes to leverage digital technologies, improving the efficiency of all businesses involved and producing high-quality customer service models.
The objectives the initiative is centered around include customer service improvements, digital engineering technology and forming a connection between apps and users.
Through this initiative, Nojima aims to further advance its DX strategy.
As the collaboration continues to evolve, Nojima will continue the discussion to evolve the program.
“The program will support consolidating Nojima’s DX initiatives to reinforce its "inspiring services,” the press release stated.
