Lisa Marie Pillette has been appointed as the fourth board member of New York-based TRIPTK, a global brand transformation studio and joint venture with Havas.
Pillette will counsel TRIPTK executives on business efforts and expansion while working alongside fellow board members. She was most recently the chief marketing officer for Casper Sleep Inc. and has also served as a marketing executive at Levi’s, Ralph Lauren, HSN and Lacoste.
“The addition of Lisa to our advisory board of celebrated global chief marketing officers (CMOs) comes at an exciting time of growth for TRIPTK,” Sam Hornsby, TRIPTK’s founder and CEO, said in a company release. “Lisa brings an enormous wealth of experience and insight into the challenges facing modern brand and business leaders, and her collaboration with TRIPTK will help accelerate us on our journey to be the most impactful brand transformation partner in the industry.”
That journey is already well on its way with several milestones of the past year. The agency welcomed 10 new client brands, including Netflix, Clinique, WeTransfer, Kohl’s and Bain Capital. With new clients and the addition of a full-stack design studio in Mexico City came new hires: a total of 12 during the same period.
Pillette’s experience working with established and up-and-coming brands enhances the agency’s role in transforming brands for growth, which often means helping companies to decode and understand culture, the release said.
Pillette hopes to bring a new approach to brand transformation.
