Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions has launched a regional management structure with a support team to provide on-the-spot maintenance services for large medical device manufacturers in the Southeast Asian region known as ASEAN.
"Bringing Simon Hegele's years of technical and logistics experience permanently to the ASEAN region will undoubtedly translate into a new level of superior service for our current regional partners," James Nestel, CEO of the Americas and Asia Pacific for Simon Hegele, said in a press release. "I look forward to working with the team to further develop new local relationships to new and existing customers within the member nations, leading to future growth for the company."
For faster response times, Simon Hegele will base technicians in several locations within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), a region consisting of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
The new regional operation will be tasked with handling all customer projects with support as needed from the U.S. and Australia.
