Swrve has expanded its customer experience system offerings to China.

Swrve entered China to provide its leading customer experience platform to global games studios and publishers. The company offers digital-first capabilities for enterprise companies to connect with their users as well as real-time behavioral data on mobile, web and TV apps.

"We are excited to extend our real-time customer experience platform and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to global brands with valued customers in China," Lisa Cleary, Swrve CEO, said in a press release. "With Swrve, mobile game and app publishers and studios will now have the ability to easily review true performance analytics about their consumers' behavior and deploy powerful messaging to reach them with experiences that are dynamically personal and built around the individual to measurably deepen relationships."

The California-based company's customer experience engine now can be used to interact with customers through a collaboration with MyGamez, a Finnish-Chinese mobile game publishing services provider.  A recent Sensor Tower report reveals that consumers spent approximately $45 billion on mobile games and apps through the app store during fiscal year 2020.

Slightly more than 30% of the $45 billion was spent in China, according to the press release. With more than 600 million mobile gamers and app consumers, China is an important new market for mobile gaming, taking the lead in gross revenue.

Swrve is now fully operational in China and fully compliant with that country's regulations, a press release said. It is expected that this expansion will create new opportunities for monetizing mobile games, help retain more users as well as create a more direct relationship between the company and its consumers.

According to a press release, Swrve's goal is to "create lasting and valuable relationships" with its customers. Global leaders like Playrix, Sony Pictures and Telefónica are among Swrve's partners.
