GoGlobal has expanded its Employer of Record (EOR) services to Brazil and named Ana Vizzotto as director.
A leading company in worldwide EOR services, GoGlobal has hired Vizzotto to build its presence in Brazil and the Americas. She brings 15 years of experience in global workforce management and EOR. Before joining the company, she held prominent roles at Capital GES.
"Ana brings an incredible amount of EOR experience, knowledge of (Latin America) and comes with great enthusiasm for our business,” Margaret Yip, chief of staff at GoGlobal, said in a company release. “We're lucky to have her. I'm encouraged that we're attracting talented individuals like Ana at all levels and regions within GoGlobal. She is exemplary of the talent density and diversity that defines our culture here."
Brazil is an attractive location for GoGlobal. It is the largest economy in Latin America and the 12th largest in the world. The country is an established hub for cyber security, artificial intelligence and data engineering.
"Brazil, the largest market in LATAM, can be difficult to navigate," Nick Broughton, a partner with Go-Global in Switzerland, said. "We're excited to now offer cost-effective, high-quality EOR solutions in Brazil, like we do in other markets around the world."
Vizzotto, who holds a degree in business administration, said she was impressed with GoGlobal's eagerness to help clients succeed.
“I wanted to join GoGlobal after seeing how dynamic they are and how they’re changing the EOR landscape,” Vizzotto said in the release. “It’s refreshing to work for an organization that strives to make clients, workers and internal staff successful and gratified.”
GoGlobal, the world’s fastest-growing privately-owned provider of global EOR services, allows businesses of all sizes and geographics to hire staff globally without setting up a local entity.
The company specializes in using technology to allow clients to hire leading candidates without a long process and in compliance with the law.
