Technology businesses are booming and expanding to areas across the globe, and one company that specializes in making global expansion easier has opened a new office on the West Coast to keep up with the growing demand.

Elements Global Services announced the opening of a regional office in San Francisco earlier this month.

"Elements' new San Francisco office offers a vital West Coast HR tech partner and resource for businesses looking to adopt a more distributed workforce and expand globally," Rick Hammell, Elements Global Services' CEO and Founder, said in a release

Elements Global Services has 18 offices around the world and provides global employment solutions in more than a dozen countries, the news release said.

"Our technology simplifies global expansion by breaking down barriers to growth," Hammell said. "Whether that's overcoming the complexity of expanding your workforce quickly or navigating local compliance globally, our ApprovPay and Expandopedia platforms complement our in-house legal, tax and employment counsel to drive your business forward in more than 135 countries."

The newest office in San Francisco is located in the downtown financial district and international business hub at 235 Pine St.

"Our West Coast expansion is an investment in our commitment to offer our client partners a single HR solution," Hammell said. "Companies that leverage a single HR tech service provider can generate measurable results by increasing speed to market and improving efficiency across management and hiring processes."

Elements believes the COVID-19 pandemic helped push the business and technology world to work together since due to regulations and lockdowns to prevent the spread of the virus, more companies were forced to do their jobs over the internet instead of a traditional office setting.

It forced businesses to welcome remote working while growing their companies.

The company's headquarters relocated from Barcelona, Spain to Chicago earlier this year.
