The Coca-Cola Company is seeking individuals who have skills in connections planning, customer journey, consumer behavior and engagement strategies to perform the role of Consumer Connection Planning Manager, Flavor Sparkling in Shanghai, China.

This is a full-time, regular position that will “drive the thinking on the consumer and shopper experience for the flavors category,” the company said in a job description on its website. Applications are being accepted through Coca-Cola’s website.

“The Consumer and Shopper Connections lead will carry out duties individually while interacting regularly with the global IMX team, key players in the OU IMX team, OU Category Leaders, Creative Strategists and Brand Managers and the Franchise Marketing teams,” Coca-Cola said in the job description.

The manager is expected to drive higher conversion by crafting marketing around the end-to-end consumer journey, connect the brand business and creative strategies with a consumer-centric ecosystem, and devise and implement exchange-to-exchange (E2E) path purchases.

E2E is an IT term meaning the interaction between websites and the businesses that operate them, according to Techopedia.com.

The planning manager should ensure that current technology trends are leveraged, based on consumer behaviors, and competition has been studied and considered, the company said in its job description.

Coca-Cola says on its website that its culture is focused on four key behaviors — curious, empowered, inclusive, and agile.
