A protest organized by the Pro-Palestine Committee is expected to take place in Bogotá, Colombia, on October 4, 2025. The demonstration is scheduled to begin at approximately 5:00 p.m. at Parque de la 93 (Cra 93A #11A-41). According to the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, previous protests by this group have led to road closures, graffiti, and confrontations with police.

The embassy stated it will continue monitoring the situation and provide updates if necessary. U.S. citizens are advised to avoid crowds and protests, remain aware of their surroundings, minimize wearing jewelry or carrying valuables, keep a low profile, refrain from using cell phones in public, not physically resist robbery attempts, and ensure car doors are locked with windows rolled up. Travelers are also encouraged to monitor local news for further information.
