The U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines, in collaboration with the U.S. Consular Agency in Cebu and other agencies, will conduct a remote services event for American citizens on June 4, 2025, in Angeles City. This initiative will take place at the Clark Marriott Hotel.

Representatives from the American Citizens Services (ACS), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Social Security Administration (SSA), Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI), and Philippine Retirement Agency (PRA) will be present to offer various services. The ACS will operate from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, while other agencies will provide services until 1:00 pm.

The services include notarial functions, applications for Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), and passport processing by ACS; health-related assistance and benefits support by VA; Social Security claims and SSN applications by SSA; immigration assistance by BI; and retirement information by PRA.

Attendees are advised to bring necessary documents and passport photos prepared in advance as printing or copying services will not be available on-site. "Services will be offered on a first come, first served basis," according to the embassy's announcement.

Face masks are mandatory due to hospital guidelines. Passport applicants should note that many renewals can be done via mail unless specific conditions apply requiring an in-person visit.

Payment for ACS services must be made in exact change using Philippine pesos only. Fees range from PHP 2,900 for notarial services to PHP 9,570 for adult passports.

The embassy encourages participants to complete a survey indicating required services to assist with planning. Further information is available through the State Department’s travel website or directly contacting the U.S. Embassy in Manila.
