The U.S. Government has issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the construction of a mail room access ramp, under solicitation number 19UG5025Q0028. Interested companies are invited to submit their quotations by following the instructions detailed in Sections J and K of the solicitation document. The completed documents should be submitted to the address specified on Standard Form 1442.
The government plans to award the contract to a responsible company that provides an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. While it is intended to make an award based on initial quotations without discussions, discussions may occur with companies within the competitive range if necessary.
A pre-proposal conference will be held both virtually and in-person on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 am local time. Those wishing to attend must submit their names and email addresses by Tuesday, May 27, 2025, before 11:00 am local time via Kampalabid@State.gov.
Quotations must be submitted by Friday, June 6, 2025, at 10:00 am. Any questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Kampalabid@State.gov and can be received during the bidding period until three days before the bid closes.
