The United States Embassy in Windhoek has announced an invitation to tender for the removal of a generator and an automatic transfer switch at six residences. The embassy is seeking offers from qualified and established companies for this project.
Detailed information, including the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and specifications, is available for interested companies to download. Companies are advised to follow the instructions provided in the RFQ document when submitting their quotations.

Quotations or proposals can be submitted either by hand delivery to the U.S. Embassy at 38 Metje, Windhoek, addressed to the Contracting Officer, or via email to windhoekbidsubmission@state.gov.
To be considered, all submissions must reach the embassy by June 09, 2025, no later than 17:00 Namibian time.
