The U.S. Embassy in Port of Spain has issued a reminder for American citizens to apply for their U.S. passports ahead of the summer travel season. Citizens are advised to verify the expiration dates on their passports.

Applications for passport renewals (DS-82) and replacements (DS-5504) can be mailed, while in-person appointments are available for DS-11 applicants. Passport application fees for DS-11 and DS-82 can be paid online.
