Registration is now open for the live screening of the Arbitrator's meeting in the US-EU ripe olives dispute. The meeting is set to begin at 10:00 am (Geneva time) on March 25, 2025, and may continue until 5:00 pm. If needed, proceedings will resume on March 26, starting at 10:00 am.

The Arbitrator retains the authority to close the meeting to public observation if there is a potential breach of confidentiality or disruption. The event will be broadcast via closed-circuit in English only, with no interpretation services provided.

Interested individuals must complete an application form by 5:00 pm Geneva time on March 17, 2025. Successful registrants will receive confirmation by email no later than March 19, 2025. Names of attendees may be shared with both parties involved—the European Union and the United States—upon request.

Public seating will be allocated based on a first-come-first-served policy following registration completion. Attendees must present valid identification such as a passport or driver's license to access the viewing room.

Recording or filming during meetings is strictly prohibited and cell phones must remain off. The WTO will not provide support for accommodation, travel arrangements, or visas. Only those with reserved seats will be admitted.
