The United States Embassy in Windhoek has announced an invitation to tender for the installation of electric fences at five U.S. Mission residences. Companies that are qualified and established are encouraged to submit their offers.
Interested companies can download the necessary information on the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and specifications. The embassy has provided a cover letter and RFQ document, available in PDF format, which outlines the instructions for submitting quotations.
For additional information, companies may contact procurement at whkproc@state.gov. Quotations or proposals can be submitted either by hand delivery to the U.S. Embassy located at 38 Metje Street, Windhoek, directed to the Contracting Officer, or via email to windhoekbidsubmission@state.gov.
All submissions must be received by March 13, 2025, no later than 17:00 Namibian time to be considered.
