U.S. Consulate General to offer citizen services in Cuenca

The U.S. Consulate General in Guayaquil has announced that it will offer American Citizen Services in Cuenca on March 12 and 13, 2025. The services provided will include notarial services, passport applications, and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) services.

The event will take place at the Abraham Lincoln Center located at Calle Borrero 5-18 y Honorato Vásquez in Cuenca. Those planning to attend are advised to bring properly filled-out applications along with originals and photocopies of citizenship documents such as passports, birth certificates, and age progression photos for children under the age of 16, as well as identification for parents. Only one copy per document is necessary.
