President Donald Trump has announced a series of initiatives aimed at addressing key issues in the United States, including border security, energy independence, and government reform. These measures reflect his "America First" agenda.

On border security, President Trump plans to end the policies implemented by the previous administration. "President Trump will take bold action to secure our border and protect American communities," according to a statement from his office. This includes ending catch-and-release policies, reinstating the Remain in Mexico policy, and building the wall. The Armed Forces, including the National Guard, will be deployed to assist with border security.

In terms of energy policy, President Trump intends to reverse what he describes as climate extremism under President Biden's administration. He aims to streamline permitting processes and review regulations that burden energy production. "The President will unleash American energy by ending Biden’s policies of climate extremism," states the release.

Trump also plans to withdraw from international agreements such as the Paris Climate Accord and stop leasing land for wind farms that he claims do not benefit American consumers.

Government reform is another focus area for President Trump. He proposes freezing bureaucratic hiring except in essential areas and rescinding executive orders from the previous administration that he deems burdensome. His goal is to improve accountability within government agencies: "President Trump is announcing an unprecedented slate of executive orders for rescission."

Additionally, Trump's plan includes efforts to protect what he calls American values by establishing biological realities regarding gender and naming landmarks that honor national history.

These actions are part of a broader set of executive orders covering various topics such as opioid supply chains, international organization funding, and aviation safety.
