The World Trade Organization (WTO) has released a panel report concerning the United States' duties on fish fillets imported from Vietnam. On January 17, both parties informed the WTO that they had arrived at a mutually agreed solution regarding the issues involved in this dispute.

According to Article 12.7 of the Dispute Settlement Understanding, the panel report offers a concise overview of the dispute and confirms that a resolution has been achieved.

The case, known as DS536, addressed anti-dumping measures imposed by the United States on fish fillets from Vietnam.
