Regarding Lebanon, Secretary Blinken addressed the need for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict between Israel and Hizballah, emphasizing full implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701. This resolution aims to allow civilians on both sides of the Blue Line to return home safely. The U.S. remains committed to collaborating with Jordan and other regional partners to achieve lasting stability.
