The U.S. Embassy in Malta is seeking a reliable cook to provide services at its location in Attard. Interested parties are invited to submit their quotes for consideration.

According to the embassy, "The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price." The contract is expected to be awarded based on initial quotations without holding discussions. It will have a duration of twelve months, with an option for extension into an additional year.

Interested offerors must request a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) by emailing VallettaBids@state.gov no later than February 7, 2025. Proposals must be submitted by February 16, 2025.

Furthermore, the successful bidder must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before the contract is awarded, as required by FAR provision 5.207.
