The United States Embassy in Singapore has announced plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the replacement of an awning system at its premises. Companies interested in participating must send a written request to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov, providing their name, address, the requestor's name and designation, and contact details including email, office telephone, and mobile phone number.

A copy of the RFQ will be sent electronically to interested parties once it is available. The document will include information about site visits, requirements for quote submissions, and closing dates.

The U.S. Government aims to award a contract to the company that submits the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Although initial quotes may be used for awarding contracts without further discussions, there is a possibility of holding discussions with companies within the competitive range if necessary.

For additional queries regarding this RFQ process, Saskia Luk can be contacted via email at SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov.

Liam E. Fitzgerald serves as the Contracting Officer overseeing this RFQ initiative.
