MedinCell is a clinical- and commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company that focuses on developing long-acting injectable drugs. Many levers exist to achieve sustainable and profitable growth: advancing our R&D pipeline, forging new partnerships, driving technology innovation. I am incredibly excited to share my expertise and contribute to supporting MedinCell's teams while preserving the mission and company model that have been key to our success," said Guy in a statement issued on March 13.
A news release from MedinCell dated February 19 stated that Anh Nguyen, former chair of the company based in Montpellier, France, stepped down from his position on February 15 due to a statutory age limit. Nguyen is known for his work as a molecular biologist and business executive in California.

More importantly, I do so with utmost confidence in our current management team's ability to move the company forward, strengthen our partnerships, and drive growth. The organization is in capable hands for the exciting journey ahead. In this next stage for me, I look forward to focusing my efforts passionately on my core background of pioneering innovation at the technology and science research level. I will also work on promoting an engaged and active shareholders community who can support MedinCell in shaping the future of the company," Nguyen said in the February 19 news release.
