Hard Rock International has embarked on a new venture that is set to revolutionize dining experiences for its guests across the United States and globally. The company recently announced a partnership with Major Food Group, a contract that was signed on February 27.

Major Food Group, with an impressive portfolio of 40 restaurants, clubs, bars, and hotels, was established in 2011 by Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. According to the Major Food Group website, the company has also collaborated with Robin Hood to design unique dinner experiences for diners.

The origins of Hard Rock International trace back to 1971 when it started as a café at Old Park Lane in Mayfair, London. In 2007, the Seminole Tribe of Florida acquired Hard Rock and since then the company has expanded its operations to over 68 countries worldwide. The company boasts the largest collection of music memorabilia which includes more than 86,000 individual pieces.

Zalaznick expressed his enthusiasm about this collaboration in a news release dated February 27. He said, "This is a truly unique opportunity to bring MFG's deep expertise and innovation together with a hospitality leader to provide incredible food and beverage experiences for Hard Rock guests at locations both here and abroad."

However, this isn't the only initiative undertaken by Hard Rock International this year. On January 11, the company made public its plans for constructing a new luxury resort in Athens, Greece. As per the announcement, Hard Rock Hotel Athens will be the first integrated resort of its kind. The facility is slated to open in 2027 featuring premier meeting and convention space, a luxurious Rock Spa and Pool Complex, high-end retail promenade along with an upscale hotel within the complex. It will accommodate 1,100 guest rooms and offer 15 dining options besides a live theater with standing room for up to 4,000 guests.
